An Ordinance Prohibiting the Obstruction
of Traffic on the Public Streets of the
City of Anahelm.
The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim doordain as follows:
Section I. "'It shall be unlawful for any
person or persons to stand or remain in
front of any theater, public hall, motion
Picture show, church or other place then
being used as a public meeting place or
Public resort, after being requested to
move on by the marshal or any police
officer of said city.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful to stand
Ina crowd of two or more persons so as
to obstruct the free passage of any part
of any public street or sidewalk in. said
City of Anaheim, after being requested
to move on by the marshal or by any
police officer of said city.
ection 3. Any person who shall_ vio-
late any of the provisions of 'this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding
$200.00 or by imprisonment in the .city
jail of the City of Anaheim not'exceed-
Ing 60 days or 'to both'such fine and`lm-
prisonment.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict with the provis-
ions of this ordinance are hereby re-
pealed.
Section 5. The City Clerk of the City of
Anaheimshall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be
Published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a
weekly newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in said

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OBSTRUCTION OF TRA:FIC ON THE PUBLIC
STREETS OF THE CITY OF ANAHFJX.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows:
u
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
stand or remain in front of any theatre, public hall, motion pic-
ture show, church or other place then being used as a public meet-
ing place or public resort, after being requested to move on by the
ma.rshalx or any police officer of said city.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful to stand in a crowd of two or
more persons so as to obstruct the free passage of any part of any
public street or sidewalk eigaid City of Anaheim, after being re-
quested to move on by the marshal or by any police officer of said
city.
SECTION S. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and up-
on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding
$200.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail of the City of Anaheim
not exceeding 60 days or to both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 4. ' All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify
to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be publish.
