STREET AND THE EASTERLY
LtN:E OF, PALM STREET.
Whereas, the- Board of "Trustees of the
City of Anaheim did on the 12th Slay of
September 1912, duly pass and adopt Ices-
olution of !intention No. 99, to close Third
South Street in said City of Anaheim be-
tween the westerlyy line of Melena Street
and the easterly line of Palm Street, as
the same is shown and delineated on a
map of the Adelheid Subdivision; which
said map is recorded in Book 6 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, at page 39, Records of Or-
ange County, California, and,
Whereas, the SuperintendenVof Streets,'
Of said City of Anaheim did thereafter
cause to be published and posted in thel
manner and form required by law, notices
of the liassage of said Resolution, and,
Whereas, no objection to said work or
inlprovepient, has been filed with the
Clerk of said City,rid the time for filing
said objections han g iexg. 4 -
