The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as

follows:
SECTION 1, That Section 2 -of Ordinance No. 303 of the City
of Anaheim, entitled ",Ln Ordinance Prescribing the Duties of the
City Attorney and Fixing his Compensation," passed and adopted
on the 22nd day of June, 1916, be, and the same is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. As compensation for his services, the City At-
torney shall receive the sum of Seventy-five Dollars (475.00)
I per month, payable monthly, provided that for extraordinary ser -
!!vices to be hereafter rendered by him, he shall receive such

sum or sums in addition to the said sum of $75.00,, as such ex -

tra.ordinary services may be reasonably worth.

28 any such proceedings, also of proceedings had in any Court or

before any tribunal in which the constitutionality or validity
30 of any ordinance of the City of Anaheim, or any resolution or
31 other preceeding passed or adopted by the Board of Trustees of
32 said city, shall be attacked or shall be involved. "
