AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME
AND PLACE FOR THE PAYMENT
OF LICENSES, TAXES, AND ELEC-
TRIC LIGHT AND WATER RATES
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim do ordain as follows:
SECTIO14 1. That all licenses and
taxes which are now, or which may
hereafter be required to be paid by .any
ordinance, rule or regulation of the City
of Anaheim, shall be payable, in accord-
ance with such ordinances, rules, or reg-
ulations, to the marshal and ex-offleia
tax collector of said city, at his office
at Room No. 4 on the second floor of
that certain building known as the Ma-
sonic Temple, at No. 307 East Center
Street, in the City of Anaheim, Orange
County, California, and being situate at
the Northeast corner of the intersection
of East Center and Emily Streets in said
city.
SECTION 2. A1L, electric light and wa-
ter rates now due, or which may here-
after become due, to the City of Ana-
heim shall be payable at the office
of the Rate Collector of said city, at Room
No. 5 on the second floor of that certain
building known as the Masonic Temple,
at No. 307 East Center Street, in the
City of Anaheim, Orange County, Cali-
fornia, and being situate at the North-
east corner of the intersection of East
Center and Emily Streets in said city.
SECTION 3. This ordinance is not in-
tended to modify or repeal, and does not
modify or repeal any existing ordinance,
rule or regulation of the City of Anaheim,
with reference to the time or manner of
paying taxes, licenses, or water or elec-
tric light rates, except as herein other-
wise provided.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts
of ordinances in confliot with the pro-
visions of this ordinance, are hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim shali certify to the pas-
sage of this ordinance, and cause the
same to be published' once in the Ana-
heim Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation, 'printed, published, and cir-
culated in said city, and thirty days from
and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed, ap-
proved and attested by me this 27th day

flict with the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certi
fy to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published, and circulated in said city, and thirt
days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and
