wrapped, twelve hours after baking, less than one ounce or more
than three ounces.
SLCTION 5. All inspections of the weight of bread shall be
made by averaging the weight of not less than twenty-five loaves
of bread, of any one unit, and of five dozen rolls of any one
unit, and such average weight per loaf or roll shall not be less
than the minimum, nor more than the maximum weight prescribed by
these regulations for such units.

14 imprisonment in the City Jail of said city, for not more than
15 ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
16 S;CTION 9. Ordinance No. 311 of the City of Anaheim, entit-
17 led "An Ordinance regulating the Sale of Bread and 3stablishing
18 a Standard of height thereof, in the City of Anaheim, County of
19 Orange, state of California," passed and adopted by the Board of
20 Trustees of said City on theAeMday of Z;ovember, 1916, and all
21 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
22 of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
