ORDINANCE NO. 330 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5A OF ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPEN- SATION OF CERTAIN OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM," PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID CITY ON THE 29th DAY OF MARCH, 1904 AS THE SAME WAS ADDED TO SAID ORDI- NANCE NO. 161, BY ORDINANCE NO. 304 OF SAID CITY, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2 AND 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ENTI-TLED 'AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COM- PENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFIC- ERS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM' PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID CITY ON THE 29th DAY OF MARCH, 1904, AND ADDING A NEW SECTIO✓ THERETO" WHICH WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 22nd DAY OV JUNE, 1916. The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That SECTION 5A of Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Ana- heim, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the empensation of certain officers of the City of Anaheim" passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 29th day of March, 1904, as the same was added to said Ordinance No. 161 by Ordinance No. 304 of said City entitled, "An Ordinance amending Sections 2 and 5 of Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Anaheim entitled `An Ordinance fixing the compensation of certain officers of the City of Anaheim' passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City, on the 29th day of March, 1904 and' adding 'a new section thereto" passed and adopt- ed on the 22nd day of June, 1916, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 5: The compensation of "the Civil Engineer of said City shall be "and is herelSy fixed at One Hundred *'Dollars per month payable monthly, at "the same time and out of the same fund "that the salaries of other officers of ::said city are paid, which compensation "shall be- in full for all services now or "which may hereafter be required of "him by any law of the State of Cali- fornia or by any Ordinance of the `Board of Trustees of said City, now in "effect or which may hereafter be en- "acted or adopted, provided however, "that in addition to said compensation "herein provided for, the said Civil En- "gineeC shall be and he is hereby allow- "ed the sum of Fifteen Dollars per "month payable monthly, in full pay- ment of all traveling and incidental ex- penses incurred by him." SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the pro- visions of this ordinance are hereby re- pealed 3. The City Clerk shall cer- tify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette and thirty days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
