ALLOWED.. The Board oftstees of ,the City of Anaheim, do or as follows: SECTION 1. ';,The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, shall not hear or j consider any demand in favor of any person, firm, corporation, company or association against said City, nor shall = j said Board of Trastees credit or allow any claim or bill against said City unless the same be itemized giving names, dates and particular service rendered or sup- plies or materialsfurnished or deliver- E ed.
