An Ordinance Fixing and Levying a Prop-
erty Tax on all Property Within the
Corporate Limits of the City of Ana-
heim for the Fiscal Year 1918.1919.
The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is
fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1918-1919, of eighty-seven and
two-tenths (.87 2-10) cents on each one
hundred dollars of the assessed valuation
of all real property and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the ordinary annual expen-
ditures of said city.
Section 2. That there be and hereby is
fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1918-1919, of one and four,
tenths (.01 4-10) cents on each one hun-
dred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim,
for the purpose of paying the annual in-
terest of the indebtedness of said city in-
curred for the purpose of constructing a
city electric light plant, together with
one -fortieth (1-40) of said indebtedness.
Section 3. That there be and is hereby
fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1918-1919, of three and seven -
tenths (.037-10) cents on each one hun-
dred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim
for the purpose of paying the annual in-
terest of the indebtedness of said city in-
curred for the purpose of the extension
and improvement of the city water
works, and for the improvement of the
electric light plant, together with one -
fortieth (1-40) of the said indebtedness.
Section 4. That there be and hereby is
fixed and levied a property taxfor the
fiscal year 1915-1919, of eleven and three -
tenths (.11 3-10) cents on each one hun-
dred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim,
for the purpose of paying the annual in-
terest of the indebtedness of said city,
incurred for the extension and improve-
ment of the city water works and for the
extension and improvement of the city
electric light plant, together with one -
fortieth (1-40) of the said indebtedness.
Section 5. That there be and hereby
is fixed and levied a property tax for the

The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim do ordain as foliows:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is
fixed and levied a property tax for the
fial year 1918.1919, of eighty-seven and
tq'.tenths (.87 2-10) cents on each one
hundred dollars of the assessed valuation
of all real property and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the ordinary- annual expen-

dred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim
for the purpose of maintaining the public
library in said city. -
Section 8. That there be, and hereby
is, fixed and levied a property tax for the
fiscal year 1918-1919, of twenty-five and
four -tenths (.25 4-10) cents on each bne
hundred dollars of the assessed valuation
of all real and personal property within
the corporate limits of the City of Ana-
heim, for the purpose of paying the an-
nual interest of the indebtedness of said
City of Anaheim, incurred for the pur-
pose of the acquisition of a sewer farm
and the construction of a. sewer system,
together w,th one -fortieth (1-40) of sad
in.,�ebtedness.
Section a. That there be, and hereby
is, fixed and levied a property- tax for the
fiscal year 1918-1919, of two and four -
tenths (.024-10) cents on each one hun-
dred dollars df the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim
for the purpose of paying the annual in-
terest of the indebtedness of said city, in-
curred for the purpose of the acquisition
and construction of additions to the city
electric light plant, with ith one -
twentieth (1-20) of Baia indebtedness.
Section 10. The City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim snail certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to
be published once in the Anaheim Ga-
zette, a weekly newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in
said City of Anaheim, and therefrom and
thereafter the same shall take effect and
be in full force.
