THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
'CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN A:,
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful
for any person, firm or corporation us-
ing or having in his, her or its charge;
management, or control any'water - us-
ed or to be used for purposes of irri-
gatipn tp „cause, suffer or permit suet.

the provistons of this ordinance shall

and, upon oppviction thereof shall

prisonment,in the city jail of said city
for not more'than fifty days or ,by bom
such fine or imprisonment.
SECTION ' 3. All ordinances and
parts of ordinarmes in conflict with the
provisions -of this ordinance are here -
Dy repealed.
SECTION 4 The:; City Clerk of, the
City of Anaheim shall certify to the:
passage of this ordinance and cause
the same to be published once in The
Orange County Ylain Dealer, a news-

its final passage it shall take effect
