WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim did on the
24th'day of July, 1919, by a vote of
awre than two-thirds of the members
of said Board, adopt a resolution de.
termining that the public interest and
necessity demanded the acquisition of
land for a public park for the City of
Anaheim and a site for a building for
municipal uses, to -wit: for use as a
City" Hall for said city, the cost of
which was estimated at Seventy-five
Tlmusand ($75,000.00)' dollars, which
cost will be too great to be paid out
OU the ordinary annual income and
'revenue of said municipality, which
resolution was on the said 24th clay
of, July, 1919, duly approved by the
Tlifesident of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim who is, the execu

indebtedness by the City of Anaheim

s4nd ($75,000.00) dollars for the pur-
pose of the acquisition of land for a
public park for the City of Anaheim
and a site for a building for munipical
uses, to -wit: for use as a city hall'for
said city the estimated cost of which I
is: Seventy-five thousand ($75,000;W)
dollars, said sum being the amount of
the principal of the indebtedness to be
incurred therefor; the rate of inter-
est to be paid on said indebtedness
will be not to exceed six per centum
(6%) per annum payable semi-annual-
ly; the principal and interest of said
indebtedness to be paid in gold coin
of the United States of America.
Section 2. The special election here-
by called and ordered to be held, shall
be held and conduct -ad and the votes
thereat received and canvassed, and
the returns thereof made and the re-
sults thereof ascertained, determined
and declared as herein provided' mW
according to the laws of the State of
California, providing for and govem' -
ing elections in the City of Anaheim,
and the polls for such election shall
be and remain open during the time l
required by said laws.
