OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, EN- TITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FIX- ING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE PAYMENT OF RATES FOR ELECTRIC LIGHT'S, ELECTRIC ENERGY AND WATER TURN. i ISHED BY THE CITY OF ANA-) HEIM, .CREAT'ING THE OFFICE OF RATE COLLEUTOR, DEFIN- ING HIS DUTIES, PRESCRIBING HIS QUALFICATONS AND FIX- ING HIS COM,PENSATION," PASSED AND ADOPTEDBY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID CITY ON THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, 1913. The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows: Section -1. That Section 5 of Ordi- nance No. 261 of the City of Anaheim, entitled: "An Ordinance Fixing the time and place for the payment of rates for electric lights, electric ener- gy and water furnished by the City of Anaheim, creating the office of rate collector, defining his duties, prescrib- Ing his qualifications and fixing his compensation," passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, on the 27th day of March, 1913, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 5. As compensation for his services, the rate collector shall re- ceive the sum of 4140:00 per month, payable monthly at the same time and out of the same fund as the salaries of other officers of said city are paid." Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the pro- visions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed. Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be, published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of gen• eral circulation, printed, published, and circulated in said city, and thirty days from and after its final passage, It shall take effect and be in full force. The foregoing Ordinance No. 449 was passed and adoptea at a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim held on the 3rd day of October, A.
