AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO.
262 OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING .CURB LINES
ON THE STREETS OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM," PASSED
AND ADOPTED ON THE 22ND
DAY OF MAY, 1913, AND ADD-
ING FIVE NEW SECTIONS
THERETO.
The Board of Trustees of the City
of Anaheim do ordain as folows:
SECTION 1. That Section 11 of
O: din.ance No. 262 of the City of Ana-
heim,
naheim, entitled "An Ordinance estab-
lishing curb lines on the streets, of
the City of Anaheim," passed and
adopted on the 22nd day of May, 1913,
be, and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 11. That the curb line
on the North side of West Center
Street from the West property line of
North Lemon Street to the East prop-
erty line of North Clementine Stet
be established at Thirty-two (32) feet
Northerly from and parallel to the
center line of .said Nest Center
Street."
SECTION 2. That said ordinance
No. 2,2 be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section
thereto to be numbered and designat-
ed "Section Ila," which said "Section
Ila" shall read as follows, to -wit:
"SECTION Ila.. That .the curb line
on the South side of West . Center
Street from the . Westerly property
line of South Clementine Street td ,the
Easterly property fine of South Hel-
ena Street be hereby established at
thirty-two (32) feet southerly from
the center line of said West Center
Street."
SECTION 3. That said ordinance
No. 262 be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section
thereto. to be numbered and designat-
ed at "Section 11b," which said "Sec-
tion llb" shall read as follows, to -
wit:
"SECTIO'N l'lb. That the curb line
on the south side of West Center
Street from the westerly property line
of South Lemon Street to the East-
erly property line of South Clementine
Street, be hereby established at thir-
ty-two (32) feet Southerly from the
center line of said West Center
Street."
SECTION 4. That Ordinance No.
262 be and the same is hereby amend-

be numbered and designated as "Secs

SECTION 6. That said Ordinance
No. 262 .be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section
thereto to be numberad and deslgnat-
ed as "Section Ile," which said "Sec-
tion lie" shall read as follows, to -
wit:
"SECTION Ile. The curb line on the
south aide of Wept Center Street from
the westerly property line of South
Clementine Street produced northerly
to the center line of said West Center
Street to the easterly property line of
South Helena Street, produced north-
erly 'to the Nnter Iine of said West
Center •Street, is hereby established at
a distance of twelve (12) feet from
and parallel to the southerly .property
line of said West Center Street."
SECTION 7. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are here-
by repealed.
SECTION 8. The -City Clerk of the
City of ;Anaheim shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause
the same to be published once in the
Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper
of general circulation, printed, pub-
lished, . and circulated in the City of
Anaheim, and .thirty days from and
after its final passage. it shall take ef-
fect and he in full force.
The foraging ordinance is signed,
approved, and attested .by methis 27th

The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as fol-
low s:
SECTION 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 262 of the City
of Anaheim, entitled "An ordinance establishing curb lines on the
streets of the City of Anaheim, " passed and adopted on the 22nd
day of May, 1913, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION 11. That the curb line on the North side of West
Center Street from the West property line of North lemon Street
to the East property line of North Clementine Street be establish-
ed at Thirty-two (32"' feet Northerly from and parallel to the
center line of said west Center Street."
SECTION 2. That said ordinance No. 262 be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto to be numbered and

SECTION 5. That said Ordinance No. 262 be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto, to be numbered
and designated "Section lid" which said"Section lid" shall read

"SECTION lid. The curb line on the north side of West Cen-
ter Street from the westerly property line of North Clementine
Street, produced southerly to the center line of West Center
Street, to the easterly property line of North Palm Street, pro-
duced southerly to the center line of West Center Street is here-
by established at a distance of eight (8) feet from and parallel
to the northerly property line of said West Center Street."
SECTION 6. That said Ordinance No. 262 be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto to be numbered
and designated as "Section lle", which said "Section Ile" shall
read as follows, to -wit:

ter Street from the westerly property line of South Clementine

8 flict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
9 SECTIOF 8. The Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify
10 to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be publish
11 ed once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper of general
12 circulation, printed, Dablished, and circulated in the City of
13 Anaheim, and thirty days from and after its final passage, it
14 shall take effect and be in full force.
