The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows- " SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful fol' any person, firm or corporation to sell, have, keep or expose for sale, for human j food, or to have in possession„ the flesh of i any cattle, calves, sheep, swine or goats, within the City of Anaheim, unless the same shall have -been slaughtered in an official estab- lishment under the supervision • of a>;.
