AND MAINTENANCE OF
FUMIGATING EQUIPMENT
MATERIAL. AND SUBSTAN-
CES, `vITHIN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
['HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful

SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
or corporation, to keep, store and maintain any fumigating
tents, covers, canvas or other equipment or chemical substance
or gas used for fumigating; with cyanide or other poisonous sub-
stance, chemical or gas, within six hundred (600) feet of any
dwelling house or other building or structure occupied by human j
beings within the City of Anaheim, provided that the provisions

of this ordinance shall not apply to the keeping, storing or
maintenance for purpose of sale in drug stores within said City
of the chemical substances hereinbefore mentioned, and pro
a vided further that the provisions of this ordinance shall not
apply to the keeping of said prohibited substances and material
within said distance of dwelling houses or other buildings or
structures occupied by human beings when said substances and
material are then being actually used in fumigating.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation,.violat-
ing any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars, nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars; or by
imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not less than ten
(10) days, nor more than ninety (90) days; or by both euQli Ellie

SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim
shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the
same to be published once in the Anaheim Daily Herald, a news-
