A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. 98-09A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
A. That portion of Winston Road extending easterly
from Disneytand Drive, south of Ball Road.
B. That portion of Winston Road, south of Ball Road,
extending from the Santa Ana Freeway to a point
approximately 165 feet westerly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
6:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California, 92805, on:
