A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2000R-265 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on December 19, 2000, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 2000R-265
determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring
certain property for public purposes; and,
WHEREAS, through inadvertence Section VIII of said
resolution did not fully describe the environmental review of
the project and it is necessary to amend said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said resolution be, and it is hereby,
amended, by deleting therefrom Section VIII and adding thereto
a revised Section VIII to provide as follows:
~SECTION VIII.
The Project has been reviewed and approved under the
California Environmental Quality Act, by way of
Certification of Environmental Impact Report No.
285, and the City Council finds and determines that
since the time of that certification, there have
been no material subsequent changes with respect to
the circumstances under which the Project is to be
undertaken, no new information of substantial
importance regarding significant effects or
mitigation measures or alternatives which has become
available, and no subsequent changes have been
proposed in the planned Project which would require
important revisions to the previous environmental
reports and analyses, such that no further
environmental review attending this proposed
acquisition is necessary'.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the
extent amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-265 shall remain in
full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
February, 2001.
