2001-036RESOLUTION NO. 2001R-36 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-266 NUNC PRO TUNC WHEREAS, on December 19, 2000, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 2000R-266 determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring certain property for public purposes; and, WHEREAS, through inadvertence a portion of Section III of said resolution was not fully set forth in said resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that said resolution be, and it is hereby, amended, by adding thereto the following as Section IIIA: To the extent that the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto encompasses more property than that required to construct, operate, and maintain the Project, severance of the portion of the property required to construct operate, and maintain the Project leaves a remainder that will be of such size, shape, and condition as to be of little market value, and constitutes a remnant. Acquisition of such remnant is authorized under Code of Civil Procedure section 1240.410, and proceeds under that authority. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extent amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-266 shall remain in full force and effect. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13thday of February , 2001.
