A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF CITY
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF ALRO WAY
(Abandonment No. 00-18A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of January, 2001, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of that
certain property located at the terminus of Alro Way,
particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto,
provided, however, that this action shall serve only to terminate
the rights of the public to use said street, highway, or public
service easement and shall not be construed to convey or
relinquish any property interest of the City of Anaheim in and to
said street, highway or public service easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.

That portion of Alro Way in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as shown on a
Parcel Map recorded in book 122, page 12 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of Parcel lofthe above mentioned parcel map, said northwest comer
being on the southerly line of said Alto Way; thence N 89o 56' 45" E 96.82 feet along the southerly line of
said Alro Way to the tree point of beginning, said tree point of beginning being the beginning of a non-
tangent curve, concave northwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet, a radial bearing through said tree
point of beginning, bears S 16 °31' 04" E; thence northeasterly 16.98 feet along said non-tangent curve
through a central angle of 19 °27' 45" to the end of said non-tangent curve, a radial bearing through said
end of non-tangent curve bears S 35 °58' 49" E; thence leaving said non-tangent curve N 54o 01' 31" E
49.98 feet; thence S 35 °58' 50" E 45.42 feet to the southerly line of said Alro Way; thence S 89o 56' 45"
W 82.29 feet along the said southerly line of said Alto Way to the tree point of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING therefrom unto the City of Anaheim an easement for public
utility purposes on, over, across, and under the entire area described above, together with
reasonable rights of ingress and egress.
The above-described parcel is subject to an irrigation easement per 3964/403 O.R.
