A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CER-
TAIN OFFERS OF DEDICATION TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTIES OR INTERESTS THEREIN
[TOYON PARK, PHASE II].
WHEREAS, the following parcels of property were
heretofore offered to the City of Anaheim for park purposes by
the following grantors, to wit:
1.) Lot 62 of Tract No. 12992 Sycamore Canyon 61
Associates L.P., a California limited partnership.
2.) Lot 12 of Tract No. 14071 (a portion of which has
previously been accepted by the City of Anaheim)
N.M. Homes One, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
successor by merger to N.M. Homes One, L.L.C., a
Delaware limited liability company; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
find and determine it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept the offers of park dedication hereinabove
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that these offers of dedication be, and the
same are hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of
this resolution for recording in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of November,
1997.
