A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 701-741 E. BALL ROAD (00-3A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 13T~ day of February, 2001, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of those
portions of public utility easements, particularly described as
follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto,
provided, however, that this action shall serve only to terminate
the rights of the public to use said street, highway, or public
service easement and shall not be construed to convey or
relinquish any property interest of the City of Anaheim in and to
said street, highway or public service easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of February,
2001.

EXHIBIT A
Those portions of the public utility easement as granted to the City of Anaheim by
document recorded April 6, 1987 as Instrument No. 87-186523 of Official Records, in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California lying within Parcel 2 of
Parcel Map No. 86-205, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on the m/~p as filed in Book 225, Pages 43 and 44 of Parcel Maps in the office
of said County Recorder described in strips as follows:
Strip No. 1
A strip of land, 5.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly terminus of that certain course in Parcel 13 of said
easement described as having a bearing and distance of "S 74°37'09'' W 32.00 feet";
thence along said course North 74037'09'' East 5.00 feet to the point of termination of
said strip.
Strip No. 2
A strip or' land, 5.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly terminus of that certain course in Parcel 12 of said
easement described as having a bearing and distance of "S 38o41'09" E 35.39 feet";
thence along said course North 38041'09'' West 5.41 feet to the point of termination of
said strip.
The sidelines of said strip to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate Northwesterly
in a line bearing North 74°37'09'' East and passing through the point of termination of
said strip.
Strip No. 3
A strip of land, 5.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as follows:

Beginning at the Northerly terminus of that certain course in Parcel 11 of said easement
described as having a beating and distance of "N 01°13'24" W 57.24 feet"; thence along
said course South 1°13'24" East 4.86 feet to the point of termination of said strip.
The sidelines of said strip to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate in a line
bearing North 74°37'09" East and passing through the point of termination of said strip.
Strip No. 4
A strip of land, 5.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly terminus of that certain course in Parcel 8 of said
easement described as having a bearing and distance of "S 74037'09'' W 7.50 feet";
thence along said course North 74037'09'' East 5.00 feet to the point of termination of
said strip.

A strip of land. 10.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the Sbuthwesterly terminus of that certain course in Parcel 15 of said
easement described as having a bearing and distance of "S 74o37'09.' W 35.00 feet";
thence along said course North 74037'09'' Ea~ 32.50 feet to the point of termination of
said strip.
