Section 3. Any person, firth or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punish-
able by a fine of not more than Five Hundred ($5500-00) Dollars,
or by imprisonment in the city Jail for a period of not more
than six 'months, or by both such fine or imprisonment. Each
such person, fir.,,i or corporatio-i-i shall be dee=med guilty of a
separate offense for every day during any portion of v!hich any
violation of any provision of this ordinance is committed, con-
tinued or permitted by such person, firm or corporation, and
shall be punishable therefor as provided by this ordinance.
Section 4. All ordinances and carts of ordinances

Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and. cause the sa-me to be published
once in the Anaheim Daily Herald, a newspaper of general cir-
culation in said City, and said ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after thirty (30) days after its
final passage and adoption.
