SECTION 2. That Section 14 of Ordinance Number 453 of the City of Anaheim, entitled "An Ordinance prohibiting the manu- facture, sale, purchase, storage, gift and transportation of in- toxicating liquors for beverage purposes, with certain exceptions, relating to sacramental, medicinal, and home use, within the City I of Anaheim, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof," I passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 12th day of June, 1924, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 14. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Three Hundred (300.00) Dollars for a first offense, and by a fine Inot to exceed Three Hundred (300.00) Dollars or by imprisonment is �; the City Jail not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine .i 1jand imprisonment for a second or subsequent offense." SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances con- flicting with provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. I SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the ;Orange County Blain Dealer, and thirty (30) days from and after it 'i final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
