Any person, firm, at. or corporation violating any of the I provisions of this ordinance shall h be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, y and upon conviction thereof shall , be punished by a fine not to ex - e teed Three Hundred ($300.00) Dol- e lags, or by imprisonment in the r City Jail for a period not to ex- - teed ninety (90) days, or by both 1 such fine and imprisonment. Each' d such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separ- ate ate offense for every day during any portion of which any violation of any of the provisions of 'thls Y ordinance is committed, continued or permitted by such person, firm - or corporation, and shall be pun-' fished therefore as provided by this ordinance. SECTION 23. Ordinance Number 429 entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Anaheim, providing for thel inspection of meats within said city and fixing penalties for the violation thereof," passed, adopted and approved on the 23rd day of November, 1922, and all ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict with the, provisions of this ordin- ance are hereby repealed. It shall be unlaw- ful for any person, firm or cor- poration to permit any dog to re- main in any room in which meat, fish, garne, poultry, or any pro- duct thereof, is stored, held, kept, exposed or offered for sale for human food, or to permit any dog to ride upon any wagon or vehicle in which any such article is be- ing transported.
