The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows: v 81",CTION 1. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to suspend or revoke the permit granted to any person under the provisions of this ordinance for any unlawful conduct, of said business, or for any violation of the provisions of this ordinance, or of any ordinance of the City of Anaheim, or of any law of .he State of California.. SECTION 5 That when any permit provided for herein shall have been revoked, notice of such revocation must be forthwith filed with the City Clerk Board of Trustees. SECTION 6. It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in carrying on any or all of the businesses described in Section 1 hereof to make any statement or• statements which are false in any particular, or which have a tendency to mislead any person or to make any mis- representation whatsoever or at all as to the quality or quantity, or character, or present condition, or value or cost, or general selling price of any goods, wares or merchandise sold, offered for sale, or offered as an inducement to any person to join or become a member of any co-operative association or club Plan. SECTION 7. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the pro- visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punish- able by a fine of not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars or by im- prisonment in the City Jail for a period Of not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION 8. All ordinances ' and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 9. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the passa�e of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the Anrthelm Gazette. a newspaper of gen- eral circulation, printed, published, and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it ,,hall take effect and be in full force.
