RESOLUTION NO. 2007R- 034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED ON VACANT PARCEL NUMBER 072 415 -50
PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
CODE SECTIONS 8330 ET SEQ.- SUMMARY VACATION
(Abandonment No. ABA 2007 00148).
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of two public utility easements
located on Vacant Parcel Number 072 415 -50, Anaheim, California in order to clear title to the land
and facilitate the development of new commercial buildings; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easements to be vacated are no longer required for
present or prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easements to be vacated are superseded by the
relocation of the public utility easements; and
WHEREAS, there are no other public facilities located within the public utility
easements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of the public utility easement reserved in a Corporation
Easement Deeds which is entered as a memorial on a Registrar's Certificate of Title, Number 660,
in the Official Records of Orange County, State of California, as shown in Exhibit "A" and, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete, and the public service easements vacated shall no longer constitute public service
easements.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 20th day of March 2007, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Hernandez, Sidhu, Galloway, Kring

THE PURPOSE OF CONVEYING AND TO CONVEY IRRIGATING WATER, AND
TO GO UPON, OVER AND ALONG THE PROPERTY OCCUPIED BY SAID DITCH
OR PIPELINE FOR REPAIRING AND RENEWING THE SAME, ENTERED AS A
MEMORIAL ON REGISTRAR'S CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 660, ON
JANUARY 13, 1920 IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
