A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO EXECUTE ALL MASTER AGREEMENTS,
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS, FUND
EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS AND FUND TRANSFER
AGREEMENTS AND /OR ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AS NECESSARY FOR ANAHEIM TO
RECEIVE FEDERAL AND /OR STATE FUNDING FOR
CERTAIN TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Anaheim is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for
certain transportation projects, through the California Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, in order to receive such funding, Master Agreements, Program
Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements by
and between Anaheim and the California Department of Transportation need to be executed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to delegate the authority to execute any and
all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and
Fund Transfer Agreements and /or any amendments thereto to the Director of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute all Master
Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and Fund Transfer
Agreements and /or any amendments thereto as necessary for Anaheim to receive Federal and/or
State funding for transportation projects through the California Department of Transportation.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this Rth day of May 2007.
