RESOLUTION 2007- 056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF CHRIS LANE
PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY
CODE SECTION 8330, ET SEQ. SUMMARY VACATION.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2007- 00151)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of that portion of Chris Lane,
Anaheim, California, as shown on a Parcel Map filed in Book 104, Page 12 of Parcel Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange as shown in Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference; and
'WHEREAS, that portion of Chris Lane to be vacated is not necessary for present or
prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the easement to be vacated is superseded by relocation of two utility
easements and there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of that portion of Chris Lane, as shown on a Parcel Map
filed in Book 104, Page 12 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange as shown
in Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.

said county, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Chris Lane and Gene Autry Way (formerly known as
Pacifico Avenue) as shown on said Parcel Map; thence along said centerline of Chris Lane North
0 °53'38" East 77.98 feet; thence North 89 °06'22" West 29.00 feet to a line parallel with and 3.00 feet
easterly of the westerly right of way of said Chris Lane and the True Point of Beginning; thence
along said parallel line North 0 °53'38" East 285.73 feet; thence North 44 °07'18" West 4.24 feet to
said westerly right of way; thence along said westerly right of way South 0 °53'38" West 291.19 feet;
thence North 51 °31'55" East 3.88 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
