RESOLUTION 2007- 057
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING TWO PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1841 WEST LINCOLN AVENUE
PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY
CODE SECTION 8330, ET SEQ. SUMMARY VACATION.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2006 00145)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of two public utility easements,
as set forth in an Easement Deed recorded as instrument number 15349 of Official Records; and as
set forth in an Easement Deed recorded as instrument number 87- 692613, generally located at 1841
West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, the two utility easements to be vacated are not necessary for present or
prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the easement to be vacated is superseded by relocation of two utility
easements and there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of two utility easements as set forth in an Easement Deed
recorded as instrument number 15349 of Official Records; and as set forth in an Easement Deed
recorded as instrument number 87- 692613 of Official Records, Orange County, State of California,
as shown in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.
