A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN INTERESTS IN REAL
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, a deed described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by
reference (hereinafter DEED), has been presented to the City of Anaheim as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, the grantor, property interests conveyed, and the location of the property
described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit A has offered to convey
to the City of Anaheim the real property interests therein in consideration of the payment by the City
of Anaheim of the purchase price thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and determine
it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept the DEED and to pay the grantor the
consideration therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the DEED described in Exhibit A be, and is hereby, accepted and that the
consideration therefor be paid; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an
acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section
1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized
and directed to cause the foregoing DEED to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June 2007, by the following roll-
call vote:
