RES-2007-090A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 2005 -104 NUNC PRO TUNC WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 19, 2007, that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2005 -104 be amended to omit the classification of
Associate Transportation Planner from the list of classifications to be deleted.
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, Resolution No. 2005 -104 listed a
classification that should not have been listed in the classifications to be deleted.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that re- establishing the
classification of Associate Transportation Planner in the Professional group is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim; and that the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2005 -104 to omit the
classification of Associate Transportation Planner from the deletion list.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2005 -104 be amended to omit Associate Transportation Planner
from the deletion list of classifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the correction to Resolution No. 2005 -104 set forth
herein shall be deemed to be in effect as of the date of adoption of Resolution No. 2005 -104.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2005 -104 shall remain in full force and effect.
