BE FF RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacation the following public streets, highways, or service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 ofthe Streets
and Highways Code); to -wit:
That portion of Manchester Avenue extending north of
Orangewood Avenue as more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and as shown in Exhibit "B the referenced exhibits are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE II' FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
v acation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may
he heard. in the Chambers ofthe City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South
\naheim Boulevard. Anaheim, California 92805, on the 2.1 at day of J 2009.
