A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
CORRECTIVE EASEMENT DEEDS PERTAINING TO
THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES
OR INTERESTS THEREIN TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, certain easement deeds were previously accepted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, certain corrective easement deeds as described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter "Corrective Deeds have been
presented to the City of Anaheim all as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantor instruments and location of the property described in the
Corrective Deeds are set forth in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Corrective Deeds are intended to correct the legal descriptions
and sketches of those certain easement deeds previously accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim. and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and
determine it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept the Corrective Deeds
described in Exhibit A.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that those Corrective Deeds described in Exhibit A be, and they are hereby, approved
and accepted; provided. however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of
any parcel or property into the City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1 806).
BE I"1 FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby,
authorized and directed to cause the foregoing Corrective Deeds to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of Orange.

of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of September 2009, by the following roll call vote:
