A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING THE GREEN FEES AND CART
RENTAL FEES TO BE CHARGED AT THE DAD MILLER GOLF
COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find and determine that
the schedule of rates for golf at Dad Miller Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course should
he amended; and
WHEREAS. the City Council hereby finds and declares that adoption of this fee
schedule is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to
Section 21080 (b) (8) of the Public resources Code and California Code of Regulations Section
15273 in that the fees and rates are established to meet operating expenses, including employee
wage rates and fringe benefits; purchasing or leasing supplies, equipment or materials; and meeting
financial reserve needs and requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the following fees have been considered at a duly noticed public
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the schedule of rates for green fees and use of golf carts at Dad Miller Golf Course
and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course be, and the same are hereby revised, effective July 1, 2009, as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2008 -103 shall remain in full force
and effect through June 30. 2009. at which time any provisions of Resolution 2008 -103 in conflict
herewith will be superceded by this Resolution and will be of no further force and effect.
