RES-2009-030A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES
RELATING TO APPLICATIONS FOR AMUSEMENT
AND ENTERTAINMENT PREMISES POOL ROOMS
WHEREAS, Chapter 4.24 of Title 4 of the Anaheim Municipal Code establishes
procedures relating to applications for, and the processing of, Amusement and Entertainment
Premises Pool Rooms, and further establishes procedures relating to the filing of appeals in
connection with permits which have been denied, granted conditionally or revoked; and
WHEREAS. pursuant to said Chapter 4.24, the Anaheim City Council desires to establish
fees for applications and appeals in amounts hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the fees hereinafter established do not exceed the estimated reasonable costs
and processing applications and handling appeals in connection therewith.
'VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that an application fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) is hereby established for, and shall
accompany. any application for an Amusement and Entertainment Premises Pool Room Permit,
filed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.24 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that an
application fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars (5150.00) is hereby established for, and shall
accompany. the filing of any appeal in connection with any permit that has been denied, granted
conditionally or revoked pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4.24 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.

City of Anaheim this 10th day of February 2009, by the following roll call vote:
