A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING TWO PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED AT 101 S. EUCLID AVENUE PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE SECTION
8330, ET SEQ. SUMMARY VACATION. (Abandonment No.
ABA 2007 00161)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of two public utility easements
located at 101 S. Euclid Avenue, Anaheim California, in order to clear title to the land and facilitate
the construction of new commercial development; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easements to be vacated are not necessary for present
or prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the easements to be vacated are superseded by relocation of public
utilities and there are no other public facilities located within the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of two public utility easements, as set forth in easement
deeds recorded in Book 11298, Page 1671 of Official Records; and per Instrument Number 89-
541829 of Official Records, Orange County, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 21 st day of August 200? by the following roll call vote:
