RES-2007-198A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL UNIT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated October 23, 2007, that a new job classification be established in the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit, effective October 23, 2007; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of this new classification and assignment to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that effective October 23, 2007 through January 8, 2009, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Grade in the Salary Grade Master: Classification Grade Steps Salary Relationship Police Records and Training B1040 4 9 1.250 X Accounting Specialist Coordinator BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is October 23, 2007.
