2001-083 RESOLUTION NO. 2001R-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 01R-60 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2001, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 01R-60 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error on the salary relationships for the
classifications of Workforce Center Assistant and Workforce Development Assistant were
incorrectly listed on page 101; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to
correct said Resolution No. 01R-60, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the attached appendix "A" is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the above-referenced
corrections and is hereby substituted in place and stead of the original Appendix "A" to
Resolution No. 01R-60; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extend amended herein Resolution No.
01R-60 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 17tI~ day of April 2001.
