A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR
INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deeds described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference (hereinafter DEEDS), have been presented to the City of Anaheim all
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantors, the real property interests to be conveyed, and the
location of the properties described in said DEEDS are set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the DEEDS are being acquired for the purpose of placing equipment
needed for the provision of electrical and water service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and
determine that the acceptance of said DEEDS is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that those DEEDS described in Exhibit "A" be, and they are hereby, accepted;
provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or
property into the City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is
authorized and directed, to cause the foregoing DEEDS to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.

of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of May 2011 by the following roll -call vote:
