AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly noticed
public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution
No. 96R-207 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, AS SHOWN AS PART OF THE SANTA ANA
VALLEY IRRIGATION CANAL, IN VARYING WIDTHS
APPROXIMATELY 46 FEET PLUS OR MINUS DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOW:
BOUNDED SOUTHERLY BY THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD AS NOW ESTABLISHED.
BOUNDED EASTERLY BY THE WESTERLY LINE OF MAUDE
LANE, AS NOW ESTABLISHED.
BOUNDED NORTHERLY BY THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF
TRACT 5229, IN BOOK 192, PAGES 11 AND 12,
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY.
AND BOUNDED WESTERLY BY THE SOUTHERLY
PROLONGATION OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 33 OF
SAID TRACT 5229.
THAT PORTION OF LAND IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
AT THE MOST SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 16 OF
TRACT MAP 5229, BK. 192, PGS. 11 & 12 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY;
THENCE S 220 00' 00" E ALONG THE WESTERLY
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF MAUDE LANE, 64.00 FEET WIDE, A
DISTANCE OF 46.65 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE BEGINNING
OF A TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE TO THE WEST, HAVING
A RADIUS OF 142.48 FEET, A RADIAL LINE OF SAID
CURVE AT SAID POINT BEARS N 680 00' 00" E;
THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE SOUTHEASTERLY THROUGH A
CENTRAL ANGLE OF 190 01' 00" A DISTANCE OF

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18 day of March
