A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FINES FOR FALSE
ALARMS PURSUANT TO SECTION 4.95.120 OF TITLE 4 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the City of Anaheim to establish
the amount of fines for false alarm calls by resolution; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the authorization to establish fines for false alarms,
as set forth in Section 4.95.120 of Title 4 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the City Council desires,
by this resolution, to adopt and establish the schedule of fines to be imposed upon persons
responsible for false alarm calls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the fines to be charged persons responsible for false alarm calls by the Police
Department of the City of Anaheim shall be in the amounts set forth in the attached Exhibit A, which
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be thirty
(30) days after the adoption of ordinance 6215.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 14th Day of June , 2011, by the following roll call
vote:
