A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2010 -008 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 2011 that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as
Administrative Management, effective June 24, 2011; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2010 -008 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Administrative Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008 is hereby amended by adding
the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Deputy Director of Administration & Operations XCR21
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -008 be amended by changing the
Title of the following classification:
Classification Salary Ranges
From To
Parks & Urban Forestry Manager Parks Manager XCR17
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -008, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -008 is June 24,
2011.

SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of the resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of July , 2011, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Sidhu, Eastman, Galloway and Murray
