A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2010 -009 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 2011, that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as Middle
Management, effective June 24, 2011; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2010 -009 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Middle Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009 be amended by adding the
following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Fire Dispatch Operations Manager XCR13
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009 be amended by correcting the
salary range of the following classification:

Environmental Services Manager XCR14 XCR18
3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2010 -009 is hereby amended by
deleting the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranges
Building Operations Manager XCR17
Fire Communications Manager XCR15
Neighborhood Development Coordinator XCR12
Reprographics and Mail Supervisor XCRO6
Utilities Operations Analysis Manager XCR15

SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2010 -009, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2010 -009 is June 24,
2011.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of the resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of July , 2011, by the following role call vote:
