A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2006 -032 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS POLICE SAFETY
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 2011, that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as Police
Safety Management, effective June 24, 2011; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2006 -032 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Police Safety Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2006 -032 be amended by changing the
job title of the Corrections Facility Manager to Detention Facility Manager; and furthermore that
the Salary Range change from PR10 to PR20.

SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2006 -032, as amended, shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2006 -032 is June 24,
2011.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of the resolution.
