2001-150RESOLUTION NO. 2001R-150 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 19, 2001, that new job classifications be established in the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, effective June 22, 2001; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of these new classifications and assignment to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that, effective June 22, 2001, through January 3, 2002 the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Classification Public Education Program Specialist Relocation Specialist Resort Maintenance Worker Schedule Step Salary Relationship 1840 J-E 1.000 x Police Services Representative II XU 2504 A-E 1.250 x Housing Specialist II U2 1762 J-E 1.000 x Street Maintenance Worker NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that, effective January 4, 2002, through January 2, 2003 the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Classification Public Education Program Specialist Relocation Specialist Resort Maintenance Worker Schedule Step Salary Relationship 1914 J-E 1.000 x Police Services Representative II XU 2656 A-E 1.250 x Housing Specialist II U2 1832 J-E 1.000 x Street Maintenance Worker F:\OT2540vk NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that, effective January 3, 2003, through January 1, 2004 the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Classification Schedule Step Salary Relationship Public Education Program Specialist Relocation Specialist Resort Maintenance Worker 1991 J-E 1.000 x Police Services Representative II XU 2818 A-E 1.250 Housing Specialist II U2 1905 J-E 1.000 x Street Maintenance Worker BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 22, 2001.
