A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-122 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 5, 2001, that Resolution No. 2000R-122 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective June 22, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 2000R-122 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-122
which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Executive
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that,
Section 2 of Resolution No. 2000R-122 be amended to read as follows:
Section 2.
Classifications listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be allocated to salary ranges
providing annual compensation according to the structure listed below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of this Resolution shall be June 22,
2001.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2000R-122 shall remain in full force and effect.
