RES-2011-150 RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR
INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, that certain deed described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference (hereinafter the "DEED "), has been presented to the City of Anaheim all as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantor(s), the real property interest to be conveyed, and the location
of the property described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit "A "; and
WHEREAS, the DEED is being conveyed to the City of Anaheim by the grantor(s) of
the real property interest for the demolition and /or removal of improvements, landscaping,
hardscaping and the construction and reconstruction of new walkways and landscaping areas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and determine
that the acceptance of said DEED is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the DEED described in Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, accepted; provided,
however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is authorized
and directed to cause the foregoing DEED to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange, California, following the closure of escrow per instructions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 25th day of October , 2011, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Sidhu, Eastman, Galloway and Murray
