A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
FOR THE PURCHASE OF TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has offered to sell to
the City of Anaheim certain tax-defaulted properties and
presented an agreement to the City pertaining to said sale; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to purchase said
properties for public purposes; and,
WHEREAS, terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement to Purchase Tax-Defaulted Property,
be, and they are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10thday of July ,
2001.
