OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE WORKFORCE
INVESTMENT ACT TITLE I MASTER SUBGRANT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE TERS'! OF APRIL
1, 2001 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2003
WHEREAS, the CiW of Anaheim (the "Cit.v') bas been designated by the Governor of the State
of California as a Local Workfome knvestment Area under the Workfbrcc investment Act {the
"W1A"); and
~&HEREAS, the City is entitled to receive certain fimds under the WIA: and
WHEREAS, the State of California requires the appro,'al of a Subgrant Agreement in order for
,'.he City :o be eligible to receive these fitnds.

as E ~:hii.-.it "A" and incorporated hereto by reference and (ii) allocates !'unds in the amount of Six

Section 2. City Manager Authorization. '['he City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
