A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS 111 CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE 140. 3050
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1978, Variance No. 3050 was granted by the
Planning Commission requesting a waiver of permitted structures to permit a
mobile snack bar at the waterslide on an irregularly - shaped parcel of land
consisting of approximately 3.8 acres, having a frontage of approximately 350
feet on the east side of West Street, having a maximum depth of approximately
530 feet and being located approximately 780 feet north of the centerline of
Ball Road and further described as 888 South West Street; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Michael J. Anderson /Meyer Investment •
Properties, Inc., requests termination of Variance No. 3050, since the Planning
Commission, on November 2, 1981, approved Conditional Use Permit No. 2178 (to
permit an office building in the CR (Commercial Recreation) Zone on subject
property. One of the conditions of approval of said conditional use permit
included the requirement that the property owner submit a letter requesting
termination of Variance No. 3050.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of u r , ;ice No 305O
on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day of
December, 1981.
