A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND /OR FACILITIES
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility easements and other public
purposes and public improvements were irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim ( "City" or
"City of Anaheim ") as a condition of map approval for Tract Map No. 12147, as set forth more
particularly in the tract map for said tract available for review in the City's Public Works
Department; and
WHEREAS, except for Serrano Avenue, the foregoing irrevocable offers of
dedication were made in the Ownership Certificate of the subject tract map, and the City did not
accept the offers at the time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said irrevocable offers
of dedication have been fully met or otherwise have occurred, and all public facilities included
therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offers of dedication and the facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. The City of Anaheim hereby accepts those interests and facilities which were
irrevocably offered and dedicated for public purposes and public
improvements in the Ownership Certificate of Tract Map 12147. These
accepted interest and facilities are more specifically described in Exhibit "A ",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The City Council does not accept the private street on Lot B (i.e., Via de
Rosa) as a public street. As such, the private street on Lot B remains a private
street, and the City of Anaheim has no ownership or maintenance
responsibilities with respect to this private street.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 8th day of May , 2012, by the following roll -call
vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait, Council Members Sidhu, Galloway, Eastman and Murray

EXHIBIT A
Those certain irrevocable offers of dedication as shown on Tract Map 12147, recorded as
Instrument Number 85- 373623, Book 545, Pages 9 -10 of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, and more particularly described as
follows:
1. Lot "B ", a Private Street, as shown on said Tract Map, as an easement for water lines and
electrical utility purposes.
2. The domestic water system and appurtenances as shown on the improvement plans for said
Tract Map.
3. The 5 -foot public utility easement as shown on said Tract Map.
The private street on Lot B remains a private street, and the City of Anaheim has no ownership
or maintenance responsibilities with respect to this private street.
